Indeed, Lord Allah is commanding you to give back the trust to its deservers, and whenever you are judging between mankind, you have to judge with Justice; indeed Allah is advising you with the Best Advice, indeed Allah is the All-Hearing, All-Observing.
It is commanded to give back the trust to those who deserve it, and also whenever judges between mankind, it should be with Adhikr which is Justice, and without having any partiality. It is told in verses 16: 90-91: "Indeed, Lord commands with the Justice, the Best, and spend to near ones as well as forbid wickedness, bad shameful deeds, and enmity. He advises you with Adhikr so that you may be remembered. And when you take covenant with Lord, you fulfill it. And you don’t break oaths after their confirmation while you have made Lord a Witness upon you; indeed Lord knows whatever you are doing". The last version of the Book is inherited by the people of the last Messenger as told in verse 35: 32. So if they don't judge with It in their individual, family, and social life with Adhikr, they are the disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors as told in verses 5: 44, 45, and 47 respectively. Such Fujjar are destined into the seven doors of Hell as told in verse 15: 44. See explanation 2: 283; 3: 138 and 4: 135.
